Chris Connell has been a PGA Golf Professional for more than 20 years, during which time Chris has played tour golf and local regional golf.

Chris started as the golf assistant at Dale Hill Golf Club in Sussex, moving to Shillinglee Park Golf Club in West Sussex under the guidance of Roger Mace (Golf World magazine instructor and trick shot specialist). Whilst at Shilinglee Park Chris fully qualified as a PGA Golf Professional.

Chris took his first Head Professional position at Mid Sussex Golf Club where he operated the retail outlet and taught golf at all levels, after a period of six years Chris moved to Merrist Wood Golf also as head professional.

Prior to taking the position as Head Golf Professional at the Virtual Golf Academy Chris concentrated on teaching at the Blue Mountain Golf Centre.

Chris has played golf and worked with some of the most respected people in the golf industry, this has resulted in a broad range of teaching methods to suit all levels of golfer from beginner to tournament professional.
